FAQs
General
Q. Can I preview the canvas while I am ordering?
Absolutely. Our unique software makes the photo canvas ordering process easy and fun. Upload your image and preview the canvas in real time.
Q. How long does it take to upload images?
This is completely dependent on your internet speed. If you are working on a high-speed connection, the images will upload in a matter of minutes. If you are working on a dial up connection, the upload will take longer.

Creating Your Canvas
Q. What profile to use if you need to prepare your image?
Adobe RGB is preferred if you use profile to prepare your images.
Q. What if something is wrong with my image or order?
We review every order before processing. Our support representative will contact you if something is amiss.
Q. What image file format do you accept?
The supported image file formats are JPG, PNG, BMP and GIF.
Q. Do you offer special image processing, such as cropping, red-eye reduction, and color correction?
We can do custom work upon request. Simply provide us with a detailed description of your ideal cropping in the comments section when you place your order. If you prefer to complete the final cropping and file preparation yourself, simply upload your prepared image at image resolution 150 DPI or higher at the canvas size.
Q. What size of my image file should be for a standard wrap canvas?
The stretcher bars for standard wrap are 0.75" thick, plus 0.25" wrapped to the back. So your file should be 2" larger for both width and height than the face of the canvas.

For example, for a 8" x 10" canvas, the image should be 10" x 12".
Q. What size of my image file should be for a gallery wrap canvas?
The stretcher bars for gallery wrap are 1.5" thick, plus 0.25" wrapped to the back. So your file should be 4" larger for both width and height than the face of the canvas.

For example, for a 8" x 10" canvas, the image should be 12" x 14".
Q. What size of my image file should be for a rolled canvas?
Your file should be the same size as the canvas since there is no stretching. Rolled canvas is your photo printed on the canvas media.

Each rolled canvas has the standard 1" white margin on each side. For example, if you order 8"x10" rolled canvas, the finished rolled canvas has size 10"x12, with the photo printed area of 8"x10" and 1" white margin on each side. You have the option to select 2" white margin with extra cost.
Q. What's the difference between standard wrap, gallery wrap and rolled canvas?
For standard wrap, canvas is wrapped around a 0.75" thick wood frame.

For gallery wrap, canvas is wrapped around a 1.5" thick wood frame.

For rolled canvas, your photo is printed on the canvas media.
